The travel and tourism sector already employs roughly 1 in 10 people in the global economy. Also, one quarter of all jobs created in the next decade will be supported by the travel and tourism sector. (Deloitte, 2019)


We are seeking enthusiastic candidates, who would like to attend an international hospitality business management programme, who are proficient in English and who have a real potential for a successful future career in this industry.
We appreciate candidates who are creative and skill oriented, as well as those who love being organized or leaders, who are pragmatic, entrepreneur-minded and energetic.

Academic / Qualifications

A CTH Level 6 Professional Diploma (1) OR a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or a business management-related subject from a recognized university (2) OR other recognized qualification at Level 6 plus a minimum of 5 years of evidenced work experience at managerial level within the hospitality or tourism industries (3)

English Level

All students without English as a first language must hold at least IELTS 6.5 or other evidence of competence in English at this level.

Minimum Age

Students need to be at least 22 years old upon enrollment into our program.

✓ Registration fee receipt – 100 EUR (in RON for Romanian nationals)

Interview & English test


  • Once the application has been received, the candidate is contacted in order to schedule the admission interview. The main purpose of this interview is to evaluate the managerial skills, the willingness to invest time and effort into this program, the personality and the potential of the candidates to develop a successful career in the hospitality industry.
Admission decision


  • The admission decision is received by email in 4-5 week days following the admission test taken.
  • Letter of Acceptance – Successful candidates will receive an official letter from American Hotel Academy stating they are admitted in the program, conditioned by completing the Application File until the end of the corresponding enrollment period.
  • Confirmation of Acceptance – Successful candidates will confirm their attendance by signing the study agreement and paying the downpayment fee.
